Disclaimer 

Our tree houses are strong and safe, but in any case, we do not take any responsibility for users’ safety inside the tree house. Parents or other adults are responsible for the supervision of kids playing in the tree house. Therefore our company is not taking any responsibility and does not provide any compensations, etc. in case of injuries derived from using the tree house. 

All tree house constructions are designed to withstand ordinary weather conditions, but we do not take any responsibility for tree house damages suffered during extraordinary weather conditions, such as heavy storms, hurricanes, heavy snow, etc. We, as tree house kits manufacturers, can only bear the responsibility for the quality of the supplied parts. All responsibility regarding the assembly of the tree house is transferred to the buyer upon delivery of the kit parts. 

Our company does not bear the responsibility for the assembled tree house, because we cannot check the quality of its final assembly. All responsibility lies with the owners or the contractor of our tree house kit. 

Quality of the tree house kit 

All our tree house kits are individually manufactured and adjusted to the client’s trees. The manufacturing process is carried out according to the drawings and other information we receive from the client, so all responsibility regarding customization lies on the client. 

Our kits are constructed from C24 grade quality wood and other materials. However, due to the nature of wood and weathering, as well as the constant movement of the wood structure after a certain period signs of tear and wear naturally appear: some gaps and slight changes of dimensions may occur in the playhouse and the terrace. It is normal for solid wood. 

The quality of the built tree house will depend on how accurately it is assembled. Provided it is done accurately, with care and attention and following our instructions then the final product will be of the same quality as if it was assembled in our workshop.

Money matters

Manufacturing of your tree house kit is launched upon reception of 50% down payment. This down payment is not revocable. 

Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount is to be paid before the shipping of the completed tree house kit; before this final settlement and shipping, the client is provided with the photos of the prepared tree house kit. 

Since each tree house kit is manufactured individually we cannot accept returns.

Payment is transferred to our bank account. For invoicing purposes, we ask our clients to provide us with the client’s name, surname, birth date, address (delivery address as well), phone number and email. We declare that this information will be used only for invoicing. We do not collect and store any other information, such as the client’s bank account details, credit card number, etc. We declare that phone number and email is used only for communication and delivery purposes. We do not sell or otherwise transfer this personal client’s information to third parties, except for the courier company for communication directly related to delivery matters.

Shipping

Our tree house kits are packed on pallets and shipped with trailers. The tree house kit should be reloaded in the destination area to the smaller truck and delivered to the client. If you can unload the pallets by yourself, please inform us, because then the delivery price will be lower. We calculate the delivery price for every order individually. With some orders, there might be a possibility to arrange delivery by microbuses, in such a case the tree house kit will have to be unloaded manually in the client’s place. 

The price of the tree house

We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, but new prices will affect only new orders.  

VAT tax

Our prices are value-added tax inclusive. We apply 21% VAT as a Lithuanian based company. If you reside in the EU country and already have an EU VAT number, please send it to us and we will exclude it from the final amount of the tree house kit.  

For non-EU residents, VAT will be excluded from the price of our products. In this case, VAT shall be paid in the country of destination following the governing laws. 

Production of the tree house kit

Manufacturing of the tree house kit is started after reception of the down payment only. At the moment we don’t produce tree house kits in advance. We produce our tree house kits in stages: platform, playhouse, rail guards and ladders, followed by the assembly of all the parts on the ground to ensure quality. We take pictures and videos of the assembly process and send them to the client. After that, the tree house kit is ready for dispatch safely packed on the pallets. 

Proprietary and confidential information

1. All information, shared through documents, e-mails, conversations, hand-written notes, letters, etc., pertaining to the tree house kit, including its assembly instructions, technical information on materials and techniques, any consultations and other special information that is not intended to be publicly known is considered as proprietary and confidential (hereinafter – PCI – proprietary and confidential information). 
2. PCI can only be disclosed to the Contractor of a Buyer for carrying out tree house assembly works. 
3. Non-disclosure of PCI comes into effect upon payment of the dawn payment. The Acquiry of the tree house kit also means acceptance of the proprietary and confidential information condition and its non-disclosure obligation.
